After spending nearly two decades in the building materials industry, Greg Patti founded and operates All-Pro Services, Inc., a home inspection and environmental testing firm in Fairfax, Virginia. All of our inspectors are full-time inspectors, certified members of ASHI and licensed in lead and/or radon testing. They are familiar with code related issues. They come from varied backgrounds but have decided to become specialists in the home inspection field. All of our inspectors are able to produce on-site reports using the lap top computer and laser printer that they bring with them. All-Pro Services, Inc. is one of the largest radon testing firms in the region having completed over 25,000 measurements. Additionally we are one of the few firms able to do lead paint testing. We use a state-of-the-art XRF (hand-held paint analyzer with a small radioactive source that x-rays all of the painted/varnished components in the dwelling). We are able to provide on-site reporting for both lead and radon testing.

All-Pro Services, Inc. strongly encourages buyers to be present for the home inspection. After years working as a senior manager in corporate America and earning her Masters degree, Denise decided to dedicate more time to a lifelong passion, interior decorating.
