All-Pro Services, Inc. is a family-owned business incorporated in 1993. After spending nearly two decades in the building materials industry, Greg Patti founded and operates All-Pro Services, Inc., a home inspection and environmental testing firm in Fairfax, Virginia. All of our inspectors are full-time inspectors, certified members of ASHI and licensed in lead and/or radon testing. They are familiar with code related issues. They come from varied backgrounds but have decided to become specialists in the home inspection field. All of our inspectors are able to produce on-site reports using the lap top computer and laser printer that they bring with them. It is very important to us that the buyer attends the home inspection if at all possible. The financial decisions involved in purchasing real estate can be life-changing and the buyer should be as informed and involved in the process as is practical.

Greg Patti, owner and senior inspector is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors currently serving on the Board of Building Code Appeals for the City of Fairfax. He is also a Virginia Certified Home Inspector and a licensed Lead Risk Assessor in the Commonwealth of Virginia (the highest level of lead licensure) and a certified Radon Measurement Specialist with the National Radon Safety Board.

All-Pro Services, Inc. is one of the largest radon testing firms in the region having completed over 25,000 measurements. Additionally we are one of the few firms able to do lead paint testing. We use a state-of-the-art XRF (hand-held paint analyzer with a small radioactive source that x-rays all of the painted/varnished components in the dwelling). We are able to provide on-site reporting for both lead and radon testing.

All-Pro Services, Inc. strongly encourages buyers to be present for the home inspection. In addition to identifying any defects, we also seek to educate the buyer about special aspects of the home, make suggestions for routine care and maintenance, and make suggestions for improvements that can make the home safer, more durable and more comfortable.
