Whether you're the SELLER or the BUYER, I will act as your dedicated agent. I will constantly research the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one. I also make sure the public knows your home is for sale by using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers.
I work with home buyers and sellers in Arlington, Alexandria, Ashburn, Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, Herndon, Leesburg, Reston, Sterling, and Vienna; in Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Arlington, Falls Church Alexandria and Fauquier counties. I focus almost exclusively in Northern Virginia because it allows me to stay up to date on homes in this market.
